14 Day Return Policy

We guarantee the authenticity and condition of each item we sell. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it (excluding FINAL SALE items) within 14 days of receipt for a refund. To help avoid dealing with returns, please review both the description and photos of the items you are purchasing. Please note the size, condition and comments in the listing description and review all photographs. Merchandise will only be accepted for a refund providing the “Keep me I’m yours tag” has not been removed or tampered with. Item’s must be in the same condition with no missing “extras” (Dust bag, Box, Locks, Authenticity Card, Keys etc.)

How do I return an item?

  1. Complete the return form included with your order. Completing this form is necessary for your refund to be processed without unnecessary delay.
  2. Package your return. Package the return items securely, using the original shipping box. Be sure to include all original packaging and please do not attempt to remove the “Keep me I’m yours tag” attached to your item. Please return the item in the condition you received it, together with dust bag, box, locks, authenticity cards etc.
  3. Ship it to us. Ship your item using your preferred shipping carrier to:

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping expense. We also recommend insuring your shipment for the appropriate amount, as it remains your responsibility until it is received by us. Your return will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will be issued a refund for the original sales price and any taxes in the same form as the original payment method. Please note that this credit will not include any express shipping charges.

 

Layaway Purchase Returns

As agreed, when initiating your layaway order, there is a 15% layaway service fee for cancelation or return of a layaway item. It applies to cancellations prior to shipping, as well as items returned after purchase. We recommend the item should be purchased outright if there is a possibility of returning your item, therefore eliminating the layaway service fee if returned.

International Customers

We cannot accept returns from International Customers due to the 14 Day Return Policy we have.
